A FANTASTIC Sunday Funday is set to come to The Link in May.

The Funday, on Sunday May 25th is organised by Nourished Inspirations CIC and has a whole host of exciting events including: sports events, bouncy castle, arts and craft stations, mascots, face paint, raffle prizes, food, music by m2k entertainment and much much more.

A spokesperson said: “We are providing workshops for children/young people with additional needs.

The workshops will include sensory sessions such as art and music therapy.

There will also be physical workshops such as dancing and everyday workout sessions. This will be a safe space for not only the children/young people but for families to build their own support networks.

There will be professionals that will give advice and links on how to support these families and support healthy confident young people.

“We want them to feel like they have support and encourage them to understand and know there is a positive future for them whether they have special needs or not”.
