Harlow man set to stand trial over heroin and crack dealing

A HARLOW man is set to stand trial over charges relating to the dealing of heroin and crack cocaine.

Jonathan Munday, aged 54, of Berecroft, Harlow has been charged with the following.

Between February 12th, 2025 and March 10th 2025 at Harlow were concerned in the supplying of  a quantity of “crack” cocaine, a controlled drug of class A, to persons unknown  in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

Between February 12th, 2025 and March 10th 2025 at Harlow were concerned in the supplying of  a quantity of diamorphine, a controlled drug of class A, to persons unknown  in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

Monday’s next appearance in court is set for April 8th at Chelmsford Crown Court.

He remains in custody.
