AN OLD HARLOW resident has been charged with offensive weapon and drug offences.

Kyle McCrimmon, aged 34, of Old Oak Way, Harlow appeared at Chelmsford magistrates court charged with the following.

On February 5th, 2025 at Harlow had with you, without good reason or lawful authority, in a public place Old Oak Way, Harlow  a folding pocket knife which had a blade the cutting edge of which exceeded 7.62 centimetres (3 inches).

On February 5th, 2025 at Harlow had in your possession  a quantity of  cannabis a controlled drug of class B in contravention of section 5(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

McCrimmon was remand on unconditional bail.

Next hearing in magistrates’ court will be May 12th, 2025.
