Steve was Best Man at our wedding in 1968 at Potter Street Baptist Church.
I worked with Steve a few years ago. A selfless man with a big heart. He would anything for anybody, always helping and supporting the less fortunate.
Steve was a beautiful soul, used to evangelise with him at Staple Tye outside Poundland. RIP Steve. You will be missed🙏🏾🙏🏾
although I was always a parishioner at st Mary Magdalene as a child I got to know steve very well through various joint events (most notably the 2013 production of "korban" that was staged in the playhouse by Heart for Harlow), he was a true Christian gentleman and he'll be long remembered by me for the many amusing roles that he played in the Baptist church's bi annual pantomime!. requiescat in pace Steve I really can't believe you've gone!.
