A HARLOW resident has been charged with attempting to strangle a woman.

Adam Jones, aged 43, of Edinburgh House, Harlow has been charged with the following.

Jones has pled guilty to the following: On Dec 14th 2024 at Chelmsford attempted to intentionally strangle a woman.

Jones has pled not guilty to the following: On December 14th, 2024 at Chelmsford assaulted a female by beating her.

Jones next appearance in scheduled for July 17th, 2026 at Colchester magistrates court.
