Harlow woman charged with cocaine possession

A HARLOW woman has been charged with possession of cocaine.
Zoe Stevens, 43, of Hornbeams was charged with the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.
On November 26th, 2024, at Harlow had in your possession 0.5g of cocaine a controlled drug of class A in contravention of section 5(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
There is no indication of a plea as yet.

This was a waste of court time and money. The dealers' should be the target. The sentence will be? A community sentence if that or a fine.

OMG! Wow 1/2gm - what a complete waste of time, bigger fish out there! Market Sq P**s heads are more news, always drugged up - utter disgrace! All I can say is, I hope she coughed up to her dealer banged up!

Half a gram what a complete waste of time n money give her a slap on the wrist go through the phone and find the dealers. Hearing more about people being caught with bugger all but they don’t go for the people/groups distributing it all, makes me laugh

Yes I agree 100% there is a dealer who lives where I do & she's been dealing for years. The police have been informed of this & her address & they would have quite a catch but Nope they would rather ignore it. They once said to take down times dates & car registrations of all these idiots that buy from her but that would be doing their job for them The police of Harlow are weak & only take on people that they can rough up its unbelievable. So here she is still dealing or supplying what ever the right word is for her clientele. Never works do she is making her money by selling to the public. It would make my day for a raid on this house & for her & her partner to be caught . Guaranteed catch for the police if only they will listen. This has been going on for as long as I have lived here. So come on police you want a real catch I'll give you the address AGAIN!!

0.5g personal use yet they spend thousands taking her to court for what a slap on the wrist small fine or community service. Again a waste of tax payers money when there’s bigger issues like the druggies hanging around in the town centre chatting up young school girls.

Jr thats a very bold statement to make without evidence, I would be concerned you will be done for slander. This women is a mother to 3 children, and was caught with hardly anything at all, this was for personal use while her children were with their other parent. I find it a complete waste of time and effort to even put this story on here if I’m honest. There are bigger situations in this town over a petty thing such as this. Over 50% of Harlow probably have done or still do this and it’s become common now your the odd one out if you don’t. Anyway let’s stop judging and ridiculing someone without proper evidence.
