Diary of Events coming up

We are holding an Open Day at our centre on The Street, Hatfield Peverel on Tuesday 9 September from 10.30am to 2pm.  Everyone is welcome, whether you have visited the centre before or not. Drop in for tea, coffee, home made cake and a raffle.  We will have taster mini treatments for you to try such as reflexology.  Parking at the centre is limited but there is parking nearby (for a limited time) in Hadfelda Square.

Perhaps you know someone living with cancer who might benefit from our complimnetary services?  Come and look around to see what we offer.

Donate your pre-loved items

There will be a donation day at our centre on The Street, Hatfield Peverel on Saturday 13 September from 9am to 12pm.  We accept clothing and accessories, toys, books, kitchen and homeware, ornaments, collectables, and any other valuable items. Items should be in new or good condition and preferably eBay saleable.  We cannot take electrical items.  You can park at the rear of the building to drop off your items.

Is it too early to think about Christmas? 

Apparently not!  We are already taking bookings for our Christmas events.

On Sunday 30 November our popular Christmas market will return to Chelmsford City Racecourse. There will be craft and gift stalls, food and drink vendors and live entertainment to get you in a festive mood and help kick-start your shopping for treats, presents and decorations. Early bird tickets are now on sale.

On Friday 19 December we are holding a Father Christmas Experience at Layer Marney Tower.  It was a huge success last year and was sold-out so early booking for this year is recommended. Tickets include entrance to Layer Marney, a meeting with Father Christmas, a gift for each child, live festive entertainment, craft activities, story telling, our donkeys, a ride on a London red bus, mince pies and mulled wine (for the grown ups).  There will be food and drink vendors too.
