A HARLOW woman has been charged with threatening to share a photograph or film of a person in intimate state.

Stevie Ballard, aged 39, of Spencers Croft, Harlow was charged with the following.

On November 29th 2024 at Harlow threatened to share a film which showed, or appeared to show, another person, in an intimate state, intending or being reckless as to whether that person, or another person who knows that person, will fear that the threat will be carried out.

Ballard’s next scheduled appearance is on October 27th at Chelmsford magistrates court.

A plea will then be submitted
