A MONTHLY pop up cafe is set to be launched at the indoor Tye Green Bowling Club.

Ama’s Afrocentric Lounge is the brainchild of community champion, Herty Adu-Twumwaa.

It launches this Sunday.

A few months ago, Herty met with the new chair of the Bowling Club, Steve Richens to discuss how they could work together.

On Tuesday, they met with Harlow MP, Chris Vince, who gave his support to the programme.
