KAREN Avery from Reyland Johnson Estate Agents based in Harlow received a prestigious People Award for the second year in a row at the famous ESTAS Customer Service Awards 2025 sponsored by Reapit & PayProp.

The winners were announced by the country’s favourite TV property presenter Phil Spencer at the Grosvenor House in London in front of 1,100 of the UK’s top property professionals.

The awards, in their 22^nd year, are powered by The ESTAS own customer review platform which recognises the best customer service delivered by property professionals based on service ratings from homemovers who have been through the whole moving experience, 300,000 reviews were submitted this year and 30,000 personal nominations were received. 

Phil Spencer, who has hosted The ESTAS every year since their inception in 2004 addressed the live audience “The People Awards highlight the fact that despite all the bricks and mortar the property industry is a people business and always will be. Just to receive a nomination in this category is a great honour because the shortlist is based on the personal comments we received from thousands of customers who completed one of our online reviews.”

The People Awards is a special category which puts the spotlight on individual members of staff who have consistently gone the extra mile to help clients. Only 60 individuals made the shortlist, the top 20 of whom received an award.
