CLOSE to 400 dedicated runners, joggers and walkers attended the Christmas Day running of the Harlow parkrun.

Firstly, a big thank you to the organisers and volunteers without whom this event would not take place.

One of the nice things about the Christmas Day parkrun is the number of tourists/visitors who visit Harlow.

No doubt, a number of Harlow runners took part in park runs around the country.

The winner of the Christmas Day parkrun was Tom Gough from Sale Harriers in Manchester.

There were also runners from Thetford, Watford, Wimbledon, Harrow, Clapham, Plymouth and Nepal!

Harlow MP Chris Vince was also spotted running.

There is a Harlow parkrun on Saturday at 9am.

There is also a Harlow parkrun on New Years Day.
