A HARLOW man has been charged with a number of attacks upon a woman.

Jack Rowland, aged 25, of Felmongers, Harlow appeared at Chelmsford magistrates court, charged with the following.

On January 7th, 2026, in Harlow intentionally strangled a woman.

On January 7th, 2026 in Harlow assaulted a woman thereby occasioning her actual bodily harm.

On June 16th, 2023 in Harlow in Harlow intentionally strangled a woman.

On December 23rd,, 2025 in Harlow assaulted a woman by beating her.

Rowland’s next scheduled court appearance is on February 2nd, 2026 at Chelmsford Crown Court.
