Harpenden 4 v 0 Harlow Town

HARLOW Town suffered heavy defeat away at Harpenden Town on Saturday afternoon.

Goals by Jon Clements (22 and 42), George Devine (63) and Henry Jones (84) made it a miserable afternoon for the Hawks.

As has been well publicised, the club has gone into administration. They were subsequently deducted ten points. That meant they went from knocking on the door of the play offs to a sort of no mans land.

That is unless, they started losing a lot of games. They have now lost another game.

The Hawks are now in sixteenth place. Nine points off the relegation places. It is just worth keeping an eye on.

They return to league action on Saturday at home to promotion-chasing Biggleswade United.
