Man charged with three serious assaults upon women

A Harlow resident has been charged with a number of serious assaults.
Tobi Okobe, aged 33, of No Fixed Abode appeared at the Chelmsford magistrates court charged with the following.
On February 14th, 2026 at Harlow assaulted a woman by beating her, thereby occasioning her actual bodily harm.
On February 14th, 2026 at Harlow assaulted a woman by beating her.
On February 14th, 2026 at Harlow assaulted a woman by beating her.
Okobe has pleaded not guilty.
He has been remanded in custody.
The next scheduled appearance is April 15th, 2026 at Southend magistrates court.
