A POPULAR Harlow gym, which closed its doors at the end of January, has gone into administration.
Ripped Gym in Wych Elm closed on January 31st, citing loss of trade.

Owner, Michelle Meade Wyatt stated: “There are simply too many gyms in a small catchment area to run the business successfully.”
On March 5th, The London Gazette announced that a resolution to wind up the company had been submitted; a notice had been sent to creditors and liquidators had been appointed.

Another form submitted is a declaration of solvency. It states that the company will be able to pay its debts in full….within twelve months.

Sadly so many businesses are going to the wall, it is super competitive market. One would hope our MP would think about pressuring government to help businesses but there solution seems to be just increasing costs and more regulation. Which while they sound good cause nothing but misery in the long term.
Good riddance, crazy conspiracy loons
Was this not part of the councils plan at 1 point anyway? I'm sure it's been a long time in the making to turn the site where this gym is, into more flats 🤦♂️ shame as I know alot of people who use this gym
Of all the Gyms in Harlow, this is the one I want to see fail. Absolute luntic running the show. Maybe if they'd spent less time down conspiracy theory rabbitholes and more time magaing the business they wouldn't be going bust?
