A HARLOW resident has been charged with drug-driving.

Joshua Eke, aged 27, of Red Willow, Katherines, Harlow has been charged with the following.

On October 18th, 2025, at Harlow, you drove a Volkswagen Caddy on Tawneys Road, Harlow, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), in your blood, not less than 2.2 micrograms of drug per litre of blood, exceeded the specified limit.

Eke has pleaded not guilty.

Eke was remanded on unconditional bail.

His next appearance at Chelmsford magistrates court is scheduled for May 7th, 2027.
