A MAN has denied a charge of assault occasioning actual bodily harm following an investigation into an incident in Harlow.

This follows reports made to police at around 9.45am on 14 November 2025.

It was reported an assault had taken place in a car park in Broadley Road following a verbal altercation.

A man received a head injury. 

Officers made an arrest a short time later. 

Charges of assault occasioning actual bodily harm common assault were then authorised against Adrian Fowler, 37, of Mallows Green, Harlow.

He has denied both charges and is due to appear for trial at Cambridge Magistrates’ Court on 24 June 2026.
