Harlow man charged with dealing in heroin, crack and possession of sword

A HARLOW man has appeared in court in relation to drugs, offensive weapons and criminal property charges.

Mohammed Khan, aged 49, of Park Mead, Harlow was charged with the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On April 29th, 2026, at Harlow, had in your possession a quantity of diamorphine, a controlled drug of class A, with intent to supply it to persons unknown in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

On April 29th, 2026, at Harlow, had in your possession a quantityof “crack” cocaine, a controlled drug of class A, with intent to supply it to persons unknown in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

On April 29th, 2026, at Harlow, at Harlow in the County of Essex acquired, used or had possession of criminal property, namely £7345

On April 29th, 2026, at Harlow, possessed in private, namely Park Mead, Harlow, a weapon to which section 141 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 applied, namely a sword stick.

Khan has been sent for trial on conditional bail.
