Fifth arson incident near Harlow town centre

A FIFTH arson incident has occurred near Harlow Town Centre.
An Essex Fire spokesperson said: “We were called to trees alight in Second Avenue, Harlow on Tuesday at 6.33pm.
“A crew from Harlow attended and quickly extinguished the fire. They left the scene at 7.17pm.
“The cause has been recorded as deliberate”.
