Planning application submitted for Elm Hatch area

PLANS for new dwellings and shops for the Elm Hatch area have been submitted to Harlow Council’s planning department.
Elm Hatch is in the Waterhouse Moor area of the town.
The application is aiming for the “Development of Elm Hatch and Adjacent Garage Area to Create 2 No. Retail Units, 4 No. 2 Bedroom Mobility Flats, 12 No. Two Bedroom Flats, 1 No. Three Bedroom Semi-detached House and the Creation of Off Street Parking Provision in Surrounding Streets”.

Glad things are moving forward for that part of the area, the gaping maw of the former Hummingbird site is a vacuum that needs to be filled.
I would like to confirm that im happy with the plans for the redevelopment of Elm Hatch reference HW/FUL/23/00331.
Good afternoon, I live at 167 Waterhouse Moor, Harlow, CM18 6BJ.My name is Mick Rawlinson. A meeting was held at the study centre on the 9th October over the redevelopment of Elm Hatch. I am in full agreement over the plans and am happy with everything put forward by Daniel Swords. After a lengthy discussion and lots of explanations, i am satisfied that everything has been covered.
