REPRESENTATIVES from Harlow Tri Club, Harlow Running Club and Parkrun and Beyond took part in a “fun” Aquathlon on Tuesday night at the Lee Valley Whitewater Centre.

The relay event took the form of two-person teams where one swam in the centre and the other ran a couple of laps of the park.

With the season coming to a close, this was a great illustration of what fun all the teams have and that people of all abilities are welcome to join their respective clubs.
