ESSEX Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was assaulted, on Sunday 22 September.

They received reports that between 7.00pm and 7.30pm a man in his 20s was approached from behind by three men outside near Lower Meadow on Paringdon Road.

The three men knocked him to the ground and carried out an assault that resulting in serious facial injuries.

We would ask anyone in the area at the time who witnessed the incident or saw anything suspicious to call Harlow CID on 101 quoting crime reference 42/153539/19.
