Church Langley man pleads guilty to drug driving in Harlow

A CHURCH Langley man has been found guilty of drug-driving in Harlow.

Darryl Ambrose, aged 31, of Challinor, Church Langley, Harlow pleaded guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On 24/04/2019 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, namely Volkswagen Golf, on a road, namely Manston Road, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, in your blood, namely 4.8 micrograms of drug per litre of blood, exceeded the specified limit

Ambrose was fined £339.00 and disqualified from driving for twelve months.
