A POTTER Street man has been charged with stealing a bicycle worth. over £600.

Matthew Kirby, aged 28, of Brenthall Towers, Potter Street has been charged with the following.

On 19/09/2019 at Harlow, stole a pedal cycle to the value of £670.00 belonging to another.

Kirby has been remanded on conditional bail until December 23rd at Chelmsford magistrates court.
