THE CHANCELLOR of the Exchequer, Sajid Javid has visited Harlow College to speak to students and staff at their groundbreaking Harlow Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering Centre (HAMEC).

The minister was accompanied by Principal, Karen Spencer and Conservative candidate for Harlow Robert Halfon.
