MANY Harlow Running Club members eased into the festive season by completing 5k parkruns on Saturday morning. At Harlow parkrun there was a total of 70 HRC members including the first four finishers; Martin Westley was 1st finisher out of 222 finishers in 18min 07sec, Danny McCree 2nd in 19.38, Kevin Smith 3rd in a PB time of 19.43 and Ryan Smith 4th in 20.01. There were also PB times from Lix Coxall 122nd in 30.52, Annabel Moeser 127th in 31.01 and Amanda Martin-Hose 159th in 33.36.

Meanwhile at Dulwich parkrun Andy Smith finished in 69th place out of 453 finishers in a PB time of 20.23 and Leanne Bennett was 87th in 21.04.

At Hackney Marshes parkrun Terri Wiley was 67th out of 303 finishers in a PB time of 21.53.

At Castle Park parkrun at Bishop’s Stortford Louise Kedge finished in 102nd place out of 273 finishers in 26.07, one place behind was Michael Robey in 26.15, Kerry Mavris was 146th in 27.48 and Terry Pike 147th in 27.50.

At Westmill parkrun at Ware Sean Flynn was 22nd out of 50 finishers in 26.51.

At Fulbourn Hospital parkrun at Cambridge Andy Kinney finished in 138th place out of 171 finishers in 31.30.

Finally, a bit further afield, at the Aachener Weiher parkrun in Cologne Brenda Clayton was 38th out of 53 finishers in 31.47.
