Fundraising Quiz to be held at St. Stephen’s Church to raise money for Mind in West Essex

ST.Stephen’s Church are holding a fundraising quiz on Saturday 1st February with doors at 7pm to raise money for Mind in West Essex. Entrance is £5 per person with a maximum team size of 8. There will also be a raffle held on the evening with some fantastic prizes with all the proceeds going to Mind in West Essex.

Co-organiser Ian Beckett has said “St. Stephen’s Church are thrilled to be hosting what will be a fun evening of quizzing, fundraising for Mind and talking about mental health. St. Stephen’s are excited about working in partnership with Mind in West Essex on this particular event and in the future.”

The quiz has been timed to coincide with Time to Talk Day which takes place on Thursday 6th February, and is a national initiative aimed at encouraging people to open up by talking about mental health with friends, family and colleagues.

Free refreshments will be provided including nibbles and soft drinks but please BYOB.

Parking is available at St. Stephen’s Church or at the nearby Bush Fair car park. Children are welcome to attend the event accompanied by over-18s.
