A MAN has been charged with smashing a window of a Harlow pub.

Rafique Miah, aged 35, of Hornbeams, Harlow was charged as follows.

On 26/04/2019 at Harlow without lawful excuse, destroyed glass windowpane to the value of 181.63 belonging to The Willow Pub intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged.

The case has been adjourned to June 4th at Chelmsford Magistrates Court.
