HARLOW Town let a lead slip as they prepare for their upcoming season on Saturday afternoon.

Harlow went ahead through Adu-Gyamfi after 33 minutes as he converted a cross from Dave Collis.

Harlow’s lead lasted only until the 42nd minute, when a left foot volley by Remi Nelson flew past Budd in the home goal and into the top corner.

With three minutes left, Romford claimed the win when Lee Newton’s clever flick from a low, left-wing cross flew up over the Harlow keeper.

The game will serve as a warm up for their FA Cup game on Tuesday night at home against Enfield FC. Kick off 7.45pm
