IN the biggest youth triathlon in the UK and worldwide, Jasmine Hall from Old Harlow took part in her first ever triathlon Tri One for ages 9/10 year olds.

At Hever Castle, conditions were cold and windy and the swim was reduced from 200 metres to 100 metres.

The bike ride was 4.2 k and the run was 1300 metres.

Jasmine placed an excellent 4th from 71 finishers and her run of 7 mins 47 seconds was the fastest leg by over a minute.

Jasmine is currently a member of Harlow Penguins and Woodford Green with Essex Ladies
