A PERSON has been killed after they were ‘hit by a train’ in Harlow.

A spokesperson for British Transport Police said: “On Sunday afternoon (November 15) at 2.40pm, we were called to reports that a casualty on the tracks at Harlow Town Railway Station.

“Officers and paramedics rushed to the station but unfortunately, the person was pronounced dead at the scene.

“The incident is not being treated as suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner”.
