Harlow man Lewis Cooper-Gray jailed for six months for racially aggravated assault

A HARLOW man has been jailed six months for racially aggravated harassment.

Lewis Cooper-Gray, aged 33, of Milwards pleaded guilty at Chelmsford magistrates court to the following.

On 19/12/2020 at Harlow with intent to cause a woman harassment, alarm or distress used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing that or another person harassment, alarm or distress and the offence was racially aggravated within the terms of section 28 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998

On 19/12/2020 at Harlow assaulted woman, and the offence was racially aggravated within the terms of section

Committed to prison for 24 weeks.

Reason: Offence so serious because the offence was aggravated by the defendant’s record of previous offending.

I use to know Lewis Gray, he has had too many knocks in life and has given up, hes only 33 . Dont judge people especially if you do not know their background
