Harlow man banned for drug-driving

A HARLOW man has been banned after being found driving under the influence of drugs.
Sam Bevans, aged 24, of Greenhills, Harlow pleaded guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.
On April 3rd, 2020 at Pynest Road, Harlow drove a motor vehicle, namely Lexus IS200, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, in your blood, namely 2.4 exceeded the specified limit.
Bevans was fined £540.00 and disqualified from driving for twelve months.
