Church Langley man escapes jail over child sex offences

A CHURCH Langley man has escaped jail after pleading guilty to a number of sex offences in relation to children.

Terrance Clarke, aged 73, of Burley Hill, Church Langley, Harlow appeared at Chelmsford Crown Court on January 4th, pled guilty and was sentenced to the following:
10 months imprisonment suspended for 24 months
2. Between 02/06/2012 and 10/01/2018 at Harlow made an indecent photograph of a child, namely 5 Category A images.
4 months imprisonment suspended for 24 months – Concurrent
3. Between 02/06/2012 and 10/01/2018 at Harlow made an indecent photograph of a child, namely 7 Category B images.
2 months imprisonment suspended for 24 months – Concurrent
4. Between 02/06/2012 and 10/01/2018 at Harlow made an indecent photograph of a child, namely 15 Category C images.
2 months imprisonment suspended for 24 months – Concurrent
As well as the two year suspended sentence, Clarke must undertake 50 rehabilitation days, be subject of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) for ten years and forfeit a number of laptops.
Clarke also has to pay costs of £1500.00

How can he NOT of got actual prison time? and £1500 is nothing to this piece of shit he's loaded. The poor children he had "photographs" of?? What about them??? He may not of taken them but it's perverts like THIS who perpetuate the need for them to be supplied. He should have got a prison term to serve NOT suspended
