Harlow woman pleads guilty to harassment and assault

A HARLOW woman has pleaded guilty to harrassing another woman.

Sharon Keating, aged 51, of Bishopsfield, Harlow pleaded guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

Between July 7th to July 9th 2020, in Harlow, you pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of another and which you knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her at Bishopsfield, Harlow, was aggressive and abusive toward the victim.

On August 12th, 2020 at Harlow assaulted a woman.

On August 12th, 2020 at Harlow used towards a woman threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against her by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked.

Keating has been remanded on conditional bail until her next appearance for sentencing on February 22nd.
