A HARLOW resident has been charged with being drunk in charge of an e-scooter.

Christian Salcianu, aged 34, of Fullers Mead, Harlow has been charged with the following.

On October 19th, 2020 drove a motor vehicle, e-scooter colour black on a road, Fullers Mead, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath, namely 98 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit.

He has also been charged with no licence and no insurance.

Court reports indicate that Salcianu has not answered bail and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
