💥Always look at achieving the basics. Eat less and move more is a good start. .

Look to find a qualified coach that can help bust the myths and give you sustainable tools to help you move towards a healthy approach for losing the pounds. .Be careful out there. There’s lots of pyramid schemes, and companies selling some pretty damaging products.
