CONCERNS have been raised regarding youths constantly breaking into the derelict Harlow Odeon.

The building on West Gate in Harlow has been derelict for many years.

It has been closed since August 2005.

Local residents are regulars spotting youths entering the building.

These photographs were taken on Friday lunchtime.

Toddbrook councillor, Phil Waite told YH: “Harlow Council is working closely with the police and our community safety team.

“If residents have concerns then please let us know and they will be investigated.

However the odeon is not council property and therefore it’s security is the responsibility of its owner.
