Princess Alexandra Hospital

There has been no further deaths registered at PAH in Harlow.

The number of deaths remains at 533.

There have been 7 deaths in March.

That compares to 35 in first 21 days of February and 144 in first 21 days of January.

There were 38 deaths in February.

That compares with 170 deaths in January.

There are 12 Covid in-patients including 1 on a ventilator.

There are 111 outstanding test results.

Back on January 4th, there was 204 Covid in patients.

The number of cases has decreased by one to 43.

This means there are 48.2 cases per 100,000. This is a decrease of 14.4% from seven days ago.

That is the lowest rate since October 8th, 2020.

This figure relates to March 16th and reported on March 21st.

Harlow is 136th out of 315 local authorities.

It is the third highest in Essex. Highest is Castle Point at 107th to Brentwood at 301st.

THE INFECTION rate has gone down in two out of eleven areas of Harlow.

It went up in two and stayed the same in seven.

The lowest areas are Church Langley, Great Parndon, Old Harlow, Passmores, Potter Street and Kingsmoor.

The highest area is Little Parndon with 9.
