A HARLOW man is set to stand trial over seven counts of fraud.

Warren Holland, aged 50, of Ladyshot, Harlow has been charged with the following.

Between 30/09/2018 and 10/10/2018 at Runcorn in the county of Cheshire stole cash, to the value of £1000, belonging to Ian and Astrid Shone

Between 02/03/2017 and 15/02/2018 at Harlow committed fraud in that you dishonestly made a false representation, namely that you would invest your victims’ money into Forex Trading and subsequently told them it was making good returns, intending to make a gain, namely money, for yourself

Between 01/09/2018 and 30/10/2018 at Runcorn in the county of Cheshire, stole cash to the value of £1000 belonging to Ian Shone


Between 01/08/2017 and 31/10/2017 at Harlow committed fraud in that you dishonestly made a false representation, namely that you were making good returns on trading, intending to make a gain, namely £5,000, for yourself

Between 01/01/2017 and 20/02/2018 at Harlow committed fraud in that you dishonestly made a false representation, namely you were making good returns on trading, intending to make a gain, namely £12,350.68, for yourself

Between 01/07/2017 and 15/02/2018 at Harlow committed fraud in that you dishonestly made a false representation, namely that you were making good returns from trading, intending to make a gain, namely £6,000, for yourself

Between 07/07/2017 and 31/12/2017 at Harlow committed fraud in that you dishonestly made a false representation, namely that you were making good returns by trading, intending to make a gain, namely £5,000, for yourself

Between 01/01/2017 and 31/01/2018 at Harlow committed fraud in that you dishonestly made a false representation, namely that you were getting good returns from trading, intending to make a gain, namely £3250, for yourself
