Harlow man banned for failing to stop after hitting six cars

A HARLOW man has been banned from driving after failing to stop after ploughing into six parked cars.

Jamie Donnelly, aged 37, of Purford Green, Harlow pleaded guilty at Chelmsford magistrates court to the following.

On September 20th, at Harlow drove a BMW on Tumbler Road, Harlow without due care and attention.

At 00:30 on date above, Donnelly drove a BMW on Tumbler Road, Harlow without due care and attention in that he collided with several parked vehicles causing a large amount of damage.

On September 20th at Harlow being the driver of BMW owing to the presence of which on Tumbler Road, Harlow an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle, namely six other motor vehicles, failed to stop.

On October 25th, 2020 at Harlow having been required by or on behalf of the Chief Officer of Police for Essex Police, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle, namely BMW, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

Donnelly was disqualified from driving for six months, fined £205 and has to undertake 140 hours of unpaid comms
