A HARLOW athlete made her debut at the Diamond League international athletics meeting in Gateshead on Sunday.

Bebe Jackson competed in the Women’s 200 metres T11/38/44.

In difficult conditions and running into a headwind, Bebe produced a very creditable time of 32.05 secs.

What was equally important was that Bebe would have gained invaluable experience rubbing (socially distant) shoulders with star world class athletes such as Dina Asher Smith and Laura Muir.
