ON Saturday 25th September, following up on reports from concerned members of the public, officers from Harlow Town Centre Team attended a report of motorised scooters being ridden in an anti-social manner on Church Langley Playing Fields.

PC Emily Cross said ‘Two riders were given S59 warnings and a third vehicle was seized. Harlow has an abundance of green spaces and these should not be ruined and people’s safety put at risk by people using vehicles inappropriately’.
