A CHEF from a well-established Indian restaurant in Harlow has won a top award.

Chef Koysor Ullah from Moonlight Tandoori in Staple Tye entered a prestigious cook-off competition at Hammersmith College organised by the world renowned Bangladesh Caterers Association.

Mr Ullah made the final and was a duly awarded with a certificate of merit and achievement.
