A HARLOW man has been charged with threatening to burn a woman’s house down.

Richard Orsbourn, aged 55, of Herons Wood, Harlow has been charged with the following.

On October 1st 2021 at Herons Wood, Harlow, without lawful excuse, you threatened a woman, that you would burn down her property in Roydon, property belonging to her, intending that she would fear that the threat would be carried out.

Orsbourn was remanded on bail until his next scheduled appearance on April 22nd, 2022 at Colchester Magistrates Court.
