Man wanted after a number of thefts from The Water Gardens

Essex Police are no longer looking to identify a man they had wanted to speak to in connection with two thefts from Asda in the Water Garden centre in Harlow.
Thanks to information, they believe they have identified him.
Our enquiries are ongoing.

ESSEX Police want to identify this man in connection with two incidents of theft from shops at the Water Gardens centre in Harlow.
They took place on 25 April and 8 May this year.

They need anyone who saw anything or has any CCTV, dash cam, or doorbell footage to contact us.

With the cost of living right now [due to get worse] I wouldn’t be surprised if more people are doing this. People are becoming desperate already. I for one feel quite sorry for this dude. It’s not like the water garden shops have had a loss in profits, EVER! Hopefully he has a good explanation as to why he has been on the thief.
You are saying this is ok to steal because of the situation in the country how stupid he looks young enough to work for his living like all of us , there is no excuse for stealing and should be held accountable
I work for a living, like most of us. I am struggling more n more. I do a lot of overtime, to cover rising cost of living. It affects my quality/quantity of free time but I don't want to steal. Not everyone has the same work ethic, or opportunities. Theft from shops has long been considered a victimless crime - even if it isn't, then police officers and security officers are getting some overtime right!!!!!
