Harlow Royal British Legion hold service to mark 40th anniversary of Falklands War

A DRUMHEAD Service was held at The Harlow Branch of the Royal British Legion this Sunday to commemorate those who fought and those that fell in the Falklands War, April 2nd to June 14th 1982.
The Harlow Air Cadet Band formed the Drum Head altar and a short religious service was conducted by the Legion Padre Albert Watson.

John Laskey laid a wreath on behalf of the Branch.
Robert Halfon (MP) and Councillor Andrew Johnson, Chair of Harlow Council and his wife Mrs Shona Johnson were in attendance along with other members of the Council and Legion members.
