Match report: Following a good preseason, Parsloe took on Harlow Manor in their first competitive game of the season.

Parsloe played some excellent football and were on top throughout the game.

The first goal of the game was scored after a flick on from Owen was neatly put away in the bottom corner by Fraser.

The next was scored on 39mins. Godleman’s excellent pass was met by Lacey who slammed home.

Escott made the score 3-0 just before half time when he finished well from a Lacey through ball.

More of the same in the second half and after a couple of missed opportunities, Lacey tucked away a Penalty for number 4. Last goal of the game was scored by McKee who finished off from a long throw from Owen.

Coach’s Comment: “I’m really happy todays performance, from start to finish we dominated the game. Adam Bullock was excellent at the back today and picked up our MOTM. It’s our first game and still lots of football ahead of us but a great start”
