Man charged with race hate crimes in Harlow

A MAN has been charged with public order offences after an incident in Harlow.
Charles Maybank, 42 of Mustards Road, Leysdown has been charged with: two counts of racially aggravated public order offences.
He was remanded into custody and was due to appear at Colchester Magistrates Court on Monday.
