ESSEX Police is investigating an incident which took place in Harlow on December 27th.

A spokesperson said: “We were called to Bush Fair at 11.30am to reports of a disturbance which had broken out between two men in a café. 

One of the men entered the café holding a weapon and confronted the victim.

During a subsequent struggle, both men crashed through the front window of the café onto the street.

“The attacker then left the area. He is described as about 6ft tall, white, bald and was dressed all in black.

Thankfully, the victim was not seriously injured. 

No arrests have been made and our enquiries are ongoing. 

We need anyone who witnessed the incident or who has dashcam or mobile phone footage of it to come forward and speak to us.
